Rewilding Journal Prompts: June
Subtle nudges towards a more open and wild heart through self-exploration
Welcome to the Rewilding Journal Prompts series - monthly journal prompts to encourage reflection and exploration of our inner landscapes.
Hello Lovely!
How did you find last months journal prompts? Were they helpful? Uncomfortable? Intriguing? If you missed last month’s prompts, you can check them out here!
How are you feeling as we head into June? Personally, I’ve been feeling rather sore and foggy lately as my body tries to recover from the most horrid cold I’ve had in years (yes, including c—id!). As a result, my creative projects have been pushed to the bottom of the list, so I’m very ready to dive in with a few more journal prompts to get my creative juices flowing again!
Whether your goals are healing, personal growth, or simply curiosity, if you are interested in a bit of rewilding inner work and self-exploration, I invite you to try these the next time you need a little nudge.
June Prompts: Creativity
Our theme this month is creativity! Summer feels like the perfect time to spark joy with a fun project!
Use the prompts below as an entry point to exploring your unique self - splash about in the shallow end, or dive deep into further query on the topic - whatever feels right for you at this moment.
Write your answers in whatever format you like - bullet point, longform, doodles, stickers, paint, stitches, etc. Perhaps consider getting creative with your typical format this month :)
Listen to what your inner child says on this particular topic - they are absolutely the expert here!
You can keep your answers or burn the evidence; the exercise is simply to nudge you towards some pondering, reframing, reevaluating, and rewilding of your current beliefs for more juicy and free flow.
~ Do you consider yourself to be a creative person? How do you define creativity?
~ When do you feel creative? How do you pursue that feeling?
~ What would you like to create this month? What is one small thing you might do to support this creation?
If you found these prompts useful, let me know in the comments, and join me next month for some new prompts to ponder!
